When it comes to art, our customers fall into one of two categories - they either have something prepared, or they need some help putting something together. We've got them both covered. Below are the steps for each group.

1. You have art

During the ordering process, you will be prompted to upload what you have. You'll be asked to specify location, as well as add in any comments or notes you may have.

Thoughts on art:

• If you do not have the artwork ready during the order process, you can always go back and upload your art later. To do this, simply click on My Orders, then UPLOAD/DESIGN.

• We can work with most any type of art file you have. However, if you have art in vector format, that makes life easier for our designers.

2. You don't have art

Around a third of our customers start the process without any art. Never fear. Most decide to work with one of our designers, FREE OF CHARGE, in order to come up with a professional design they can be excited about. Design time is a service we provide, free of charge with every order.
