Within two days of creating/uploading your art you will receive an email letting you know that you have an art proof to approve. An art proof is a mock up of your art on a garment. It is used to represent size, coloration and placement.

Getting your approval on the proof is a simple, but vital way for us to be clear that we're going to print what you want us to print - and cut down on mistakes or miscommunication.

Once we receive your approval, we can schedule your print date. So, the sooner you approve your proof, the sooner we can print your gear.

In order to approve your proof, just log into your account and click on 'My Orders'. Once you've identified your current order, click on 'Approve Proof'. Follow the simple instructions and you're done. You'll then receive an email letting you know your print date.
